Q. Do you combine postage?
A. Of course! When you proceed through checkout, postage will be automatically calculated according to the weight of your goods. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for further information.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Our prefered payment method is via Bank Deposit, however, we are also happy to accept Paypal.

Q. Who do you bank with?
A. Our bank account into which we accept bank deposit payments is with the Bendigo Bank.

Q. How soon do I need to pay for the goods I’ve purchased?
A. We like payment to be made within seven days of purchase, however communication is the key! If you need a little bit longer, PLEASE just let us know!

Q. How quickly will I receive my order?
A. Because we know what it is like to sit around waiting for goods once they have been purchased, we endeavour to post on the same day your payment is received. Of course, there are times when this may not be possible, in which case your goods will be posted the following day. Your goods are then in the hands of Australia Post!

Q. How will I know when my payment has been received and my goods shipped?
A. We will mark the order as paid and posted, and mark your order as completed. You will recieve an e-mail confirming this, and will also be able to log-in at any time to see the status of your order.

A. YES. We have just introduced a layby system. Please refer to our Layby page for details.
